TRANSCENSION 2 FITNESS 
TRAINING THE MIND,BODY AND SOUL FOR 2014!!!

  When it comes to motivating yourself this year once again with new goals, fitness plans, business plans, and etc. The real question will be how consistent will your approach towards these goals will last?? 3 weeks, 3 months, well maybe with this analogy will help you'll get thru a full year.
 I personally get my motivation off my past battles and my vision of being strong and successful which God placed in me, but sometimes you have to be more aggressive and demand your purpose because detractions come in all forms with today's social media.
    This passage used from TD JAKES is meant to change your mindset to not allow distractions and doubt to affect your goals. "Don't build on the opinion of people because it  will come to ruins because Man will approve you one moment and disapprove a moment later. Man has nothing to do with God's promise, when you commit to something pure God will bring it to past". From this day on treat your goal like your unborn baby "Dont abort your baby(goal)".
     When you and God start something finish it even if theres controversy, negativity or pain. But DONT QUIT!! because you run into a little trouble or opposition. You must be strong and have the discipline to hold on to your dream. In fact Pain is a indication that birth is getting close. The Faster the pain the closer the baby. When the pain is getting closer you have to BEAR DOWN, you have to believe you have something worth fighting for. So when working out make sure you feel the burn throughout your whole workout. Don't hold back or depend on your friends and family for motivation, instead depend on yourself, God, and mirror..They tell the truth alot more:).
